SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer – Frontend Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and implement SAP HCM solutions on the backend (ABAP, interfaces, data models)

• Develop contemporary frontend solutions utilizing SAPUI5/Fiori

• Programming: undertake SAP S/4HANA-related development and customization tasks

• Quality assurance: conduct testing and evaluation of developed programs

• Design and implement Fiori applications – plan and execute the migration of existing Web Dynpro applications to standard SAPUI5 applications

• Integrate SAP HCM into the current system landscape as part of the H4/S4 migration

• Offer technical consulting and support to business units for the implementation of new HR processes

• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing SAP HCM applications

• Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers

• Operate within an agile team

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM developer (both backend and frontend, with a focus on frontend)

• Strong knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO, web services, and interface development

• Proficiency in SAPUI5 / Fiori and modern frontend frameworks

• Knowledge related to H4/S4 transformations is desirable

• Experience in public sector projects is advantageous

• Structured and solution-oriented working approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in an interdisciplinary environment

• Familiarity with Confluence / Jira

• Very good proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken
