SAP HCM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute customer-specific requirements utilizing ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.

• Design innovative solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Conduct technical analyses for solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

• Advance the solution portfolio from analysis and design stages through to implementation.

• Design, evaluate, and test interfaces.

• Maintain direct communication with customers regarding interface projects.

• Collaborate with the responsible consultants to develop appropriate solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on ABAP / ABAP OO.

• In-depth knowledge of enhancing and maintaining the SAP HCM PA, PY, and PT modules.

• Familiarity with infotypes, BAdIs, transports, clusters, logical databases such as PNP/PNPCE, and HRForms.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Proficiency in interface development utilizing OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and ALE/IDocs.

• Experience with SAP BTP and CPI.

• Background in SAP cloud development with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and ABAP Web Dynpro.

• A strong commitment to quality, high levels of dedication, and a collaborative team spirit.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
