SAP Functional Analyst – FICO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Address intricate challenges and design, configure, test, and implement SAP FI, CO, and FSCM solutions.

• Assess business requirements and document specifications, converting them into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.

• Analyze impacts on downstream business, systems, processes, and organizational structures.

• Specify system requirements and configure SAP accordingly.

• Maintain expertise in standard SAP FI and CO configurations, staying updated on SAP trends and enhancements.

• Collaborate with development teams to create scalable business process solutions.

• Plan and assist with testing phases, including defect identification and resolution.

• Develop or assist in creating work plans, schedules, project tasks, and resource estimates.

• Provide guidance to business partners on both standard and innovative SAP solutions.

• Investigate and resolve production support issues.

• Create functional specifications and oversee ABAP and BW development.

• Offer technical support and contribute to software architecture and process solutions.

• Identify risks and issues, seeking approval on complex matters.

• Develop training materials for business users.

• Establish relationships with business partners and comprehend current state processes and configurations.

• Deliver subject matter expertise and ongoing production support to internal business stakeholders.

• Lead medium-to-large enhancement projects, including solution design, deadlines, business communication, and status reporting.

• Conduct solution design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support.

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of configuration experience in CO, FI, and FSCM.

• Proficiency in Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

• Knowledge of Margin Analysis is considered an asset.

• Experience with FICO integration across all operations and manufacturing modules.

• Completion of 2+ full life cycle implementations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• SAP Certification in FICO for Suite on HANA and/or S4 is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with OpenText is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP partner applications such as Blackline, HighRadius, and Esker is a plus.

• Business experience in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution environment is highly preferred.

• Experience in a SOX compliant organization is beneficial.

• Strong Excel skills are highly desired.

• Capacity to document new processes and train end-users effectively.

• Analytical skills to synthesize data and report on key metrics.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on complex applications.

• Working knowledge of project management principles.

• Strong comprehension of project and change management principles in application.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Flexibility in work schedule to meet project deliverables.
