Technical Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation of Managed Service Providers for new clients.

• Take ownership of specific elements within the process and technology workstream.

• Strategically plan and drive both process and technical activities to meet implementation goals.

• Coordinate internal tasks through a project plan, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager, various departments, and clients as a facilitator, planner, data analyst, and problem solver.

• Design, recommend, and configure client technical workflows alongside the Project Manager and Technical Implementation Manager.

• Create technical process flows, business and architecture requirements, integration requirements, and decision points for VMS solutions.

• Collect, validate, analyze, and prepare client data for VMS configuration and loading processes.

• Identify data gaps and anomalies; format and cleanse data as necessary.

• Maintain the VMS configuration workbook throughout the implementation phase.

• Construct load files and conduct data quality assurance both before and after loading.

• Set up test environments and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.

• Communicate data insights to stakeholders involved in the implementation process.

• Review and contribute to meeting agendas and minutes for thorough documentation.

• Update project documentation, which includes project plans, RAID logs, cutover plans, process flows, and business requirements documents.

• Assist in the employer-of-record and supplier onboarding processes.

• Participate in special projects and undertake other assigned responsibilities.

• Offer organizational guidance and leadership, supporting executive-level strategy while planning resources and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing, administering, and configuring third-party VMS systems such as VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, and IQN.

• Familiarity with managing large data sets effectively.

• Technical knowledge related to web-based systems and experience in the VMS or Staffing Industry.

• Experience in configuring, testing, and solutioning for large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations utilizing various VMS technologies.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Ability to adapt, adhere to tight deadlines, and organize and prioritize work independently.

• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites for in-person meetings.

• Capability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels, including executive management.

• Ability to maintain composure, address practical problems, and manage dynamic situations under stress and tight deadlines.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.

• Expert proficiency in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience with Smartsheet or other project management collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with conducting web-based meetings using platforms like MS Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom.

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
