This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Gather, assess, and create reimbursement reports.
• Track monthly charges, collections, and RVUs by clinical department and payor.
• Assist the Associate Director of Revenue Cycle with presentations and data reporting for senior leadership and upper management.
• Provide and track reimbursement benchmark data.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Create presentations and propose actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze and establish monthly and yearly collection targets.
• Oversee the distribution of plans and reports.
• Compile findings in monthly reports and distribute them to staff and senior management.
• Conduct analyses for special projects.
• Facilitate the development of performance data reports that support collection activities.
• Generate ad hoc reports from various systems.
• Assist clinical departments in enhancing charge-entry and collection performance.
• Collaborate with staff and management in the preparation of financial reports.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• One (1) year of experience in reimbursement, financial analysis, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
• Must provide a complete employment history, education, and licenses/certifications/registrations in the application.
• Must fulfill all job requirements at the time of application.
• Occasional travel to offsite locations.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 75 pounds.
