This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.
• Set up, maintain, and provide support for Workday business processes.
• Oversee and execute large-scale data uploads utilizing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Mass Operation Management (MOM).
• Diagnose and assist with Workday Core Connector integrations.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday business processes, including hires, terminations, job modifications, compensation adjustments, and organizational changes.
• Aid in the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of Workday business workflows and system functionalities.
• Create, sustain, and improve Workday reports and dashboards for operational, regulatory, and strategic reporting purposes.
• Conduct system audits and data validation to confirm accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders regarding system improvements, functionalities, and technological solutions.
• Engage in testing, implementation, and rollout of Workday updates, enhancements, and new features.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training resources, and knowledge articles.
• Offer end-user training and technical assistance for Workday functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data privacy, and security standards.
• Remain updated on Workday releases, industry best practices, and HR technology developments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support during maintenance, testing, or critical operational issues.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Must reside in an approved remote state: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience with Workday in an HRIS Analyst or similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and functional analysis.
• Proven experience in supporting Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Mass Operation Management (MOM).
• Experience in developing Workday reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Working familiarity with HR policies, practices, and business processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Capability to work in a remote setting and take part in an on-call support rotation.
• Workday certification(s) in one or more relevant functional modules is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or at least two years of supporting healthcare operations or healthcare information systems is preferred.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
