This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute initiatives for process transformation, optimization, and standardization that align with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

• Map, assess, and document the business and operational processes within banking.

• Create process diagrams, workflows, procedures, policies, and responsibility matrices (RACI).

• Identify areas for optimization, automation, and ongoing improvement.

• Investigate the underlying causes of operational challenges and propose actionable plans.

• Design and document future-state (TO-BE) processes aimed at enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and control.

• Engage in digital transformation and automation initiatives.

• Collect and analyze functional requirements alongside business users and technology teams.

• Facilitate collaboration sessions with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Customer Service, and Business teams.

• Establish and track performance indicators (KPIs) and efficiency metrics.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant regulations.

• Compile executive reports for leadership and stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in process analysis, mapping, documentation, and optimization.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is preferred.

• Experience with automation, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with process management and improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, or similar platforms.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Basic understanding of risk management, internal controls, and regulations in the financial sector.

• Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BPM, or related methodologies is a plus.

• An analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.

• Skills in stakeholder management.

• Proactive and self-initiated approach.

• Keen attention to detail.
