SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Facilitate solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

• Conduct hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management).

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout the implementation process.

• Provide guidance to technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration.

• Assist with light development activities as necessary, including debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration.

• Ensure consistency across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and related systems.

• Facilitate integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FS-PM.

• Demonstrated track record in solution design and functional architecture.

• Strong experience in FS-PM configuration.

• Deep understanding of insurance processes, preferably in Life and/or P&C.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into organized system solutions.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.

• Knowledge of ABAP, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is a plus.

• Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a significant benefit.

• Previous involvement in large-scale transformation programs.

• Capability to work independently in a senior, client-facing consulting environment.
