Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities

• Oversee and nurture existing client relationships

• Offer risk management solutions customized for clients of various sizes

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives

• Deliver personalized insurance solutions, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters

• Create and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' personal and family insurance requirements

• Keep clients updated on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that impact their insurance needs

• Prepare and present regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities

• Collaborate with a dedicated service team to nurture ongoing relationships with new clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty License

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales

• Capability to thrive under pressure in a team setting while effectively prioritizing risks to manage multiple workflows

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication abilities for effective interaction

• Strong comprehension of homeowners and personal auto insurance coverage

• Growing knowledge of personal insurance markets to facilitate new business placements and understand the supplemental insurance landscape

• Robust sales acumen

• Experience with AMS 360 software
