SAP Business Intelligence, Data Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization

• Create and design innovative data products tailored for the service sector, emphasizing company-wide reporting

• Assist in organizational development by utilizing process mining tools for process analysis and enhancement

• Spearhead additional data-related development projects

• Deliver analyses and insights to aid in strategic decision-making

• Design and construct data models utilizing SAP Datasphere

• Develop analytical dashboards and KPI reports within SAP Analytics Cloud

• Recognize optimization possibilities based on analytical outcomes

• Execute, document, and deploy data models

• Oversee data-driven projects and initiatives in the capacity of Project Manager or Program Manager

• Develop and implement a Process Mining solution for root cause analyses

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related discipline

• Deep enthusiasm for data, analytics, and business processes

• Exceptional conceptual thinking abilities

• Strong technical skills

• Capability to address complex business issues in a systematic manner

• Good comprehension of business contexts

• Ability to pinpoint opportunities where data analytics can enhance processes and performance

• Robust knowledge of data analysis techniques and models

• Experience handling large datasets

• Familiarity with databases and data visualization tools

• Proficient to advanced expertise in SQL

• Hands-on experience with SAP

• Outstanding communication skills

• Ability to clearly and persuasively present findings in a way that resonates with stakeholders
