SAP B1 Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP Business One.

• Provide estimates and ensure the effective resolution of client requests.

• Identify and address discrepancies between SAP Business One solutions and client business practices.

• Offer consultation and support services related to SAP Business One.

• Identify and resolve product-related and technical inquiries.

• Communicate efficiently and build consensus with clients.

• Customize forms and create reports using Crystal Reports and other available tools.

• Provide consultancy and training services for clients as needed.

• Conduct migration support from legacy systems to SAP Business One.

• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to deliver innovative solutions for client challenges regarding SAP B1 or related SSP solutions.

• Maintain timely communication with clients, estimate work, and schedule additional resources as necessary.

• Operate within agreed budgets and highlight any potential variances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with SAP Business One in a consultancy or support capacity.

• Qualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution are considered an asset.

• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to effectively manage client expectations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with SQL for amending and creating queries/reports.

• Knowledge of reporting and layout in tools like Crystal Reports.

• Capability to assign tasks to others and oversee performance, budgets, and timely completion.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

• Proficiency with typical office technology and software.

• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
