SAP ABAP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in addressing intricate business challenges from strategy formulation to execution.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Facilitate KSS and lessons learned sessions.

• Evaluate ticket quality and deliverables.

• Provide updates on project status.

• Assess the quality, accuracy, and relevance of both your work and that of others.

• Lead client interactions and engagements.

• Oversee workstreams and collaborate with various teams.

• Contribute to initiatives across competencies and COE activities.

• Handle escalation and risk management effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in ABAP 7.4 or later coding standards.

• Experience with S/4 HANA ODATA.

• Advanced programming capabilities.

• Demonstrated success as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant domain.

• Capability to create client Proofs of Concept (POCs) or Proofs of Value (POVs) for the integration or enhanced adoption of emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI with related product platforms.

• Familiarity with incident management, change management, and problem management.

• Experience in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Minimum of one implementation experience.

• Ability to engage directly with clients and lead engagements.

• Capacity to work within a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.

• Competence in handling escalation and risk management.
