This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Plan, host, and conduct a regular series of technical webinars and demonstrations highlighting Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices.
• Enhance webinar registrations, participation, and sales pipeline.
• Establish Flosum as a key player in Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demonstrations, presentations, blog articles, videos, and social media content.
• Quickly assimilate knowledge of each Salesforce release and new Flosum product features, develop insights, and convey them to both technical and executive audiences.
• Foster and energize Flosum's user community through office hours, Ask Me Anything sessions, certification assistance, developer resources, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Integrate webinars, newsletters, and community platforms to promote events and enhance user engagement.
• Represent Flosum at Salesforce user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, the Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner ecosystems.
• Work collaboratively with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to highlight customer stories, refine messaging, and convert community engagement into tangible business results.
• 3–7+ years of practical Salesforce experience as an administrator, developer, architect, or consultant.
• Genuine technical expertise, including the ability to demonstrate, build, and interact effectively with Salesforce architects.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track.
• An active Trailhead profile is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in public technical communication through webinars, conference presentations, podcasts, video content, or a well-followed technical blog/social media presence.
• Strong marketing instincts, covering audience targeting, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable outcomes like registrations, engagement, and sales pipeline.
• Profound understanding of Salesforce release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD concepts, data management, and the Salesforce community landscape.
• Capability to create programs from scratch and execute them consistently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
