Senior Developer Relations Manager – Gen AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and uphold in-depth technical knowledge in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI models that handle multimodal data and models.

• Act as a trusted technical consultant, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within Sovereign AI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the utilization of NVIDIA technologies.

• Showcase and integrate NVIDIA software stack tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products, platforms, and workflows.

• Assist partners through the onboarding and integration process using sample code, guidelines, and demonstration pipelines.

• Encourage co-innovation of advanced Sovereign AI solutions.

• Analyze and oversee the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Work together with engineering, product management, and marketing to shape roadmaps and enhance partner adoption strategies.

• Engage with technical leaders from partners to promote best-practice integrations and solve technical issues.

• Monitor adoption, highlight new workflows, and relay field insights to NVIDIA product teams.

• Identify workflows, recognize barriers to ISV adoption, and communicate findings to product teams.

• Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, local and regional Sovereign AI entities, sales, and marketing personnel.

• Utilize conferencing tools extensively; travel as needed.

• Develop and expand developer programs, communities, and initiatives for technical enablement.

• Create systems and frameworks to assess developer sentiment, track market trends, and direct product strategy and planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM within enterprise-scale ISV software development, government workflows, etc.

• Background in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• Proven track record in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at prominent technology firms, ISVs, or relevant sectors.

• Significant technical expertise in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM software.

• Familiarity with smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud, and AI/ML.

• Contributions to product integrations and software libraries.

• Experience guiding technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code evaluations, technical mentorship, and technical presentations or workshops.

• Competence in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, from engineers to executives.

• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions alongside strategic ISV partners.

• Strong project management capabilities and adeptness in managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Practical skills in software architecture design, implementation, and programming.

• Enthusiasm for AI, a commitment to continuous learning, a self-starting demeanor, an outcome-focused approach, and empathy for developers.

• Experience in creating or refining vertical-specific technical solutions utilizing Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM.

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms.

• Knowledge of NVIDIA AI platforms and frameworks such as NeMo Framework, TRT, Triton, Nemotron Models, RAPIDS, and CUDA.

• Skills in vertical-specific model and algorithm optimization.

• Proven history of building and growing developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs.

• Expertise in developing systems and tools to gauge developer sentiment and monitor market trends.

• Proficiency in creating frameworks that capture developer sentiment and market changes, translating ecosystem dynamics into actionable insights.
