This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Strategize, host, and deliver a regular series of technical webinars and demonstrations that highlight Flosum solutions and best practices within Salesforce.
• Enhance webinar registrations, boost attendance, and contribute to the sales pipeline.
• Establish Flosum as the go-to solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demonstrations, presentations, blog entries, videos, and social media content.
• Gain expertise in each Salesforce release and the latest Flosum product features, develop a perspective, and convey this information to both technical and executive audiences.
• Cultivate and energize Flosum's user community through office hours, ask-me-anything sessions, certification support, developer resources, and customer advocacy.
• Integrate webinars, newsletters, and community platforms by promoting events and enhancing newsletter interaction.
• Represent Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem, including user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, the Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner networks.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to highlight customer stories, refine messaging, and convert community engagement into quantifiable business results.
• 3–7+ years of practical Salesforce experience as an administrator, developer, architect, or consultant, demonstrating substantial technical expertise.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track.
• Established experience in public technical communication through webinars, conference presentations, podcasts, video content, or a well-followed technical blog/social media presence.
• Strong marketing intuition and understanding of audience dynamics, messaging, and distribution strategies.
• Proven history of achieving measurable outcomes such as registrations, engagement, and sales pipeline growth.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD principles, data management, and the Salesforce community landscape.
• Capacity to develop programs from the ground up and maintain them effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
