This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Spearhead the design, governance, and execution of the organization’s multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and associated enterprise integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, security, product, and operations teams to create enterprise-wide Salesforce architectural strategies, reference architectures, and development roadmaps.
• Design and manage comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Establish and supervise Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise patient management systems, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
• Direct the design of APIs, middleware, and ETL processes to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges.
• Oversee Salesforce data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies.
• Assist in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Salesforce deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system administrators.
• Mentor Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with TOGAF principles.
• Create and maintain IT roadmaps and value streams that support long-term business objectives.
• Engage in governance forums for solution oversight.
• Lead multi-cloud Salesforce transformations that facilitate unified data views and cross-functional process automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery.
• Eight (8) years of experience in leading and executing complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
• Six (6) years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance, with an emphasis on sustainability and scalability.
• Development of enterprise architecture strategies using frameworks like TOGAF.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Experience with cloud-native software development and contemporary DevOps practices for enterprise Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with secure systems managing sensitive data in regulated sectors such as healthcare and financial services.
• Background in designing data ingestion pipelines and external integrations utilizing Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce data lifecycle and reference architecture patterns for scalability and reusability.
• Experience in leading Salesforce multi-cloud transformations that integrate Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
