This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits, maintenance, and cleansing of Salesforce data, encompassing accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

• Detect and rectify duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.

• Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.

• Assist in CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout Salesforce.

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionalities.

• Implement and sustain CRM processes based on established business requirements.

• Facilitate customer segmentation and the development of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) structures.

• Enhance pipeline management, reporting, and data quality processes.

• Diagnose Salesforce-related issues and propose effective solutions.

• Support revenue and go-to-market operational processes.

• Aid in reporting, forecasting, and revenue planning workflows.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to discover opportunities for process enhancements.

• Create and uphold documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows.

• Encourage consistent Salesforce usage and data management practices.

• Adhere to established procedures while recognizing opportunities to boost efficiency.

• Assist with ad hoc CRM, sales operations, and RevOps initiatives as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent technical and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy when managing large datasets.

• Capability to adhere to structured processes and clearly document workflows.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations is preferred.

• Background in supporting sales or revenue teams in a high-growth environment is preferred.

• Experience with CRM migrations, consolidations, or integrations is preferred.

• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience in developing or enhancing CRM processes and reporting frameworks is preferred.
