Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tailored solutions within Salesforce, focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement that align with Federal programs.

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into technical Salesforce solutions.

• Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation using OmniStudio.

• Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized communications and content.

• Test and troubleshoot solutions involving OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members on integrating with existing Salesforce environments.

• Stay updated on features and best practices for OmniStudio and Flex Pages.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Optimize implementations to address changing business needs.

• Manage and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and uphold test classes.

• Integrate and sustain business applications with Salesforce.

• Architect strategies for enterprise data integration and governance.

• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms, including Power BI and Tableau.

• Enable AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions.

• Support initiatives for enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring.

• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for federal stakeholders and executives.

• Convert business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and OmniStudio.

• Extensive experience working with Salesforce APIs.

• Proficient in implementing and developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Ability to resolve complex software and application issues.

• Skilled in the Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Capable of writing, interpreting, and evaluating technical specifications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
