Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and tailored platform functionalities.

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures in line with enterprise standards and business goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.

• Offer technical leadership and support to Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration teams.

• Design intricate integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems utilizing APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.

• Set and uphold Salesforce best practices concerning data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management, and DevOps procedures.

• Assess current architecture and suggest enhancements for scalability, maintainability, and system performance.

• Lead solution reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture governance activities.

• Assist in estimation, project planning, risk evaluation, and technical delivery management for Salesforce projects.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform innovations and recommend emerging technologies that align with business strategy.

• Work alongside enterprise architecture and IT leadership to ensure Salesforce solutions are in harmony with broader technology strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions within enterprise settings.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect position.

• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform customization.

• Strong background in designing Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, customer support, and other enterprise systems.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce security architecture.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple stakeholders and large-scale user bases.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional technology teams.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent.
