Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architecture and development for Salesforce and its related GTM integrations — LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Gong, and Stripe — focusing on scalability rather than temporary solutions.

• Act as the primary technical escalation contact for development and integration tasks that exceed standard administrative configurations.

• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for systems critical to revenue, and create a roadmap for technical debt with a clear burn-down schedule.

• Design, document, and deploy AI-assisted workflows — enhancing SysOps efficiency and expanding into GTM representative-facing features.

• Carry out sprint-based administrative and configuration tasks alongside development, applying design rigor — including design documentation and architecture reviews — in the team's building processes.

• Provide mentorship and skill development for junior administrators, enhancing technical capacity to prevent reliance on a single point of failure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Stripe, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, and/or HubSpot is essential.

• Proven history of mentoring or enhancing the skills of less experienced administrators.

• Previous experience in transitioning a systems team from a reactive to a proactive operational maturity level.

• Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, AWS, Agentforce, or Einstein Conversation Insights is preferred.
