Salesforce Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium to large-scale IT initiatives utilizing the Salesforce platform

• Work in collaboration with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to outline project scope and estimate budgets

• Document project requirements and secure client approval

• Plan projects from inception to launch using agile methodologies

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams

• Partner with resource management to ensure optimal project staffing

• Monitor, control, and report on project scope, budget, and timeline

• Ensure systems comply with quality standards

• Communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving obstacles

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams

• Manage stakeholder expectations and uphold client satisfaction

• Maintain project knowledge bases utilizing Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana

• Navigate client discussions regarding adjustments to scope, budget, and timeline

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes

• At least 5 years of experience in project management

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on successful technical projects within a consulting context

• Experience in managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems (preferred)

• Experience in entrepreneurial and startup settings, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness in challenging circumstances (preferred)
