This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design and architectural framework of intricate Salesforce solutions spanning multiple clouds.

• Establish solution strategies, data architecture, and integration designs that align with both business and platform requirements.

• Convert business goals into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and analysts.

• Perform architecture and code reviews to guarantee quality, scalability, and compliance with standards.

• Create architecture documentation that includes solution blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices.

• Provide support for production environments and assist in resolving high-priority technical issues.

• Remain informed about Salesforce innovations and propose platform enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

• Engage in HR, technical, and client interviews throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

• Extensive expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.

• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration design.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps methodologies.

• Experience in Agile environments and leading CI/CD processes.

• Capability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into implementable solutions.

• Proficient in Salesforce Architecture & Customization.

• Experience with integration using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.

• Knowledge in Data Migration & Data Modeling.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins.

• Experience in Agile delivery and solution documentation.

• Background with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

• Understanding of multi-org strategies and enterprise security protocols.

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Tableau CRM.
