Salesforce Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions that meet the requirements of the VA OMEGA program.

• Facilitate technical design sessions and offer architectural guidance across various Salesforce platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance business transformation initiatives.

• Establish and uphold Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies.

• Assess and suggest integration patterns and middleware solutions.

• Supervise data modeling, security architecture, and optimize platform performance.

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.

• Convey architectural decisions and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work effectively and efficiently in a remote work setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required with the capability to obtain a Public Trust.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and middleware solutions, including MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CodeScan, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within Salesforce environments.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and PR evaluations to maintain high standards of system architecture, security, and performance.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.

• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations of Salesforce.

• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
