This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Implementation and configuration of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Initiatives focused on data modelling, governance, and quality
• Management of Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data
• Configuration of data matching, merging, and survivorship rules
• Enterprise data integration utilizing APIs, ETL, and middleware solutions
• Projects involving data migration, cleansing, and enrichment
• Establishment of data stewardship processes and governance frameworks
• Collaboration with global business, data, and engineering teams
• Development of scalable and maintainable enterprise data management solutions
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Master Data Management, Data Management, or a substantial academic/project background (Junior)
• Familiarity with MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality principles (Junior)
• Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, or ETL processes (Junior)
• Eagerness to advance in enterprise data environments (Junior)
• Proficient communication skills in English (Junior)
• At least 3 years of experience in MDM or enterprise data management solutions (Mid-Level)
• Practical experience with at least one MDM platform (such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, SAP MDG, or similar) (Mid-Level)
• Experience with data modelling, matching, and survivorship rules (Mid-Level)
• Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools, and enterprise system integrations (Mid-Level)
• Understanding of best practices in data governance and quality (Mid-Level)
• Capability to work independently in remote and international settings (Mid-Level)
• Over 5 years of experience in delivering MDM solutions within enterprise environments (Senior)
• Robust understanding of Master Data Management architecture and integration patterns (Senior)
• Experience in designing scalable MDM solutions across various business domains (Senior)
• Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives (Senior)
• Ability to mentor team members and influence technical and functional decisions (Senior)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams (Senior)
