This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete Salesforce implementation across current and future branches, which includes configuration, data migration, user setup, and sequencing for go-live.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with Sales Managers, General Managers, and executive leadership to convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, quote generation, and workflows for customer communication.
• Oversee data migration from legacy CRM systems and branch-level tracking tools.
• Create and implement branch onboarding playbooks that cover system setup and user provisioning through to post-go-live stabilization and adoption monitoring.
• Coordinate integrations with ServiceTitan, NetSuite, and other platforms to guarantee smooth bidirectional data flow.
• Monitor implementation milestones, identify risks, and communicate progress to the VP of Operations and executive leadership.
• Act as the internal Salesforce platform owner after go-live, managing configuration, users, permissions, workflow rules, and system health.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that align with sales KPIs.
• Identify and execute automation using flows, Process Builder, and AI-driven features.
• Address platform issues as the internal Tier 2 support layer.
• Manage the relationship with the Salesforce vendor, overseeing licenses, renewals, feature releases, and escalations.
• Lead continuous training and change management for new features, new hires, and newly acquired branches.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, pipeline-to-close accuracy, and forecasting workflows that connect to NetSuite.
• Work alongside the ServiceTitan Implementation Manager to ensure smooth sales-to-production transitions.
• Assist People Operations with user provisioning and onboarding access setup.
• Maintain documentation regarding configuration decisions, integration specifications, SOPs, and training materials.
• Implement the Salesforce playbook for newly acquired branches.
• Conduct pre-close CRM assessments and document migration requirements.
• Schedule Salesforce go-live within the broader timelines for branch integration.
• Advocate for adoption at newly acquired branches.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and administration, including Sales Cloud configuration, data migration, and post-go-live platform management.
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce rollouts across multiple sites or entities.
• Extensive functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, covering leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, CPQ or quoting tools, reports, dashboards, flows, and AppExchange integrations.
• Background in managing Salesforce integrations with ERP and field service platforms such as NetSuite and ServiceTitan, or similar systems.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams across various branches, enforce deadlines, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% to branch locations.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-site platform company is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and workflows related to roofing, HVAC, or similar home services is preferred.
• Background in CRM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or similar business intelligence/reporting tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in building or contributing to a CRM playbook within an M&A integration context is preferred.
• Eligibility for performance-based bonuses linked to go-live milestones, platform adoption metrics, and sales performance at implemented branches.
• Recommended target bonus of 8–10% of base salary upon full achievement.
