This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of Salesforce on a daily basis and guide its development as Pion expands, encompassing configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Create, construct, and uphold Salesforce solutions, which include intricate flows and screen flows, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations.
• Address significant commercial challenges through Salesforce and go-to-market systems.
• Configure and adjust Salesforce along with the broader go-to-market stack to facilitate Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance functions.
• Manage intricate cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, covering technical scoping through to build execution.
• Adhere to best practices in the development lifecycle and routinely transition changes from sandbox to production.
• A minimum of four years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience demonstrating tangible commercial impact.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent proven experience.
• Proficient understanding of Flow Builder.
• Strong expertise in validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Comfortable working with Sales Cloud objects such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Cases.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from scoping through to build execution.
• Capability to independently create and maintain integrations.
• Strong data management skills, including import, export, deduplication, governance frameworks, and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and forecasting.
• A commercially minded, proactive, and autonomous approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data.
