Salesforce Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create features utilizing Salesforce technologies

• Collaborate with Operatus consulting teams, which includes Architects, Admins, client business stakeholders, and development teams

• Execute system design, development, testing, code review, performance engineering, performance tuning, and documentation

• Engage in technical design sessions that align with business goals

• Produce and unit-test user stories leveraging the Salesforce platform

• Aim to become a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities for business stakeholders and partners

• Assist development leads in delivering features that align with business objectives

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create innovative solutions

• Partner with internal application teams to design and build APIs

• Acquire knowledge and utilize tools for source code control, version management, issue tracking, and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an Engineering program with a minor in Computer Science

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience

• Capability to design and enhance business processes and integrate them across various systems

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce point-and-click developer interface

• Proficiency with programmatic Salesforce solutions like Apex

• Solid grasp of system design and development throughout the entire software product lifecycle

• Familiarity with agile software delivery practices such as Scrum

• Development experience in at least one other object-oriented programming language, such as Java or C#

• Salesforce certifications: Admin and Platform Developer 1
