📋 Description

• Create, develop, and consistently maintain complex customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

• Establish comprehensive data pipelines that integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with D360 to ensure precise and timely data synchronization.

• Connect front-end applications with Salesforce Marketing Cloud through REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate real-time personalized user interactions.

• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Customer Data Platforms, Content Management Platforms, and various external enterprise applications.

• Assess system performance and resolve intricate integration challenges.

• Guarantee that solutions are resilient, scalable, and secure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong hands-on emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proven track record in constructing and supporting intricate customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Advanced expertise in AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and SQL.

• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP API integrations linking front-end applications to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Background in developing data pipelines and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with D360, Customer Data Platforms, and content management systems.

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.

• Familiarity with data security best practices.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
