Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the platform's declarative capabilities.

• Address complex business challenges through configuration, custom development, and system integrations.

• Create scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other tools available on the platform.

• Develop and sustain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems through APIs and middleware technologies like Boomi.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Work together with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless process alignment.

• Provide support for Salesforce applications linked through managed packages and external GTM platforms.

• Adhere to development best practices, which include code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Copado and Azure DevOps.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues while assisting internal users.

• Keep abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies, AI features, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.

• At least 2 years of experience in building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

• Proficient experience with Apex.

• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong expertise in Lightning Experience.

• In-depth experience with Salesforce Flows.

• Proficient in Visualforce.

• Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data management.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications via APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.

• Experience with Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Experience Cloud.

• Proficient in Agentforce.

• Experience using Slack for Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Boomi integrations.

• Experience with Eloqua.

• Knowledge of Gainsight.

• Familiarity with Gong.

• Experience with Aviso.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist certification is preferred.

• Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist certification is preferred.
