This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor the Salesforce Service Cloud environment to meet user stories established during maintenance and enhancement sprints.

• Develop and sustain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and calculated reports specifically designed for UI Call Center operational metrics.

• Carry out deployments across both sandbox and production environments utilizing Copado.

• Engage in warranty support, root-cause defect analysis, and bug fixes.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and collaborative opportunities with NYSDOL technical staff to promote internal operational autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical Salesforce development and configuration experience, preferably in public sector or large enterprise service/call center settings.

• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, encompassing Omni-Channel, Cases, Knowledge, Console view, and Flows/Process Automation.

• Practical experience with declarative configuration, including Flows and validation rules.

• Practical experience with custom development, featuring Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Familiarity with Copado for version control, CI/CD, and deployment lifecycle management across Salesforce environments.

• Capacity to create calculated reports, intricate matrix/summary reports, and executive dashboards within Salesforce.

• Excellent communication skills to assist with warranty/transition activities and collaboratively train/upskill the NYSDOL technical team.
