Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Craft, develop, and articulate Salesforce solutions tailored to meet customers' strategic business and technical needs.

• Collaborate effectively with program managers, technical colleagues, business partners, and various stakeholders.

• Spearhead implementation initiatives.

• Deliver architectural designs and strategic solutions.

• Provide oversight for programs and solutions architecture concerning Salesforce applications.

• Assess Salesforce integrations with third-party solutions.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of general work experience is required.

• Experience in the IT sector with a focus on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.

• At least three (3) years of experience in architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications.

• Proven experience in providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.

• Strong relationship management abilities.

• Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation.

• Background as a Solution Architect on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative methodologies.

• Knowledge of essential SFDC architectural concepts and their impact on design.

• Experience deploying solutions that incorporate Experience Cloud.

• Familiarity with evaluating Salesforce alongside third-party solutions.

• Background in architectural concepts, including integration styles, architecture styles, and patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

• May be subject to a background investigation.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree is also favored.

• Salesforce certifications, such as Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant, are preferred.

• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
