Product Developer, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain both new and existing products and assets utilizing the Salesforce platform.

• Develop strategic tools to facilitate Salesforce delivery.

• Utilize tools such as Claude and Codex, in conjunction with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex.

• Engage in hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing.

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Involve yourself in the complete software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and ongoing success.

• Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and the creation of technical designs/specifications.

• Keep abreast of feature updates and releases while adhering to best practices.

• Work with the broader product team to assess market demand, refine prioritized tasks, and finalize design details.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.

• A solid understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and limitations.

• Extensive experience in Apex and LWC development.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions in both business and technical terms.

• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes.

• Preferred: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

• Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice is a plus.

• Experience with Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus.

• AWS development experience is a plus.
