Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily administration, configuration, and overall health of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Einstein AI, and Nue CPQ.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to configuration and coding.

• Oversee sandbox environments and manage CI/CD/change-set deployment processes.

• Design and create custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.

• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components for tailored user interface experiences.

• Create and sustain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and QuickBooks, Stripe, and Nue CPQ.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code with a minimum coverage of 85%.

• Assess whether requirements are best fulfilled using declarative tools or custom code.

• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Construct and deploy Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, compliant with governor limits, and maintainable.

• Document configurations, technical designs, data models, and integration specifications.

• Engage in sprint planning and project intake prioritization alongside RevOps leadership.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to processes and data models.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

• Keep updated with Salesforce releases, Einstein AI features, developer tools, and platform updates; assess and implement relevant functionalities.

• Comply with confidentiality, compliance, and company standards; undertake other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration/development, including proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data model design.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows).

• Experience in building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and familiarity with the Lightning component framework.

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, including opportunity management, lead routing, and forecasting.

• Experience in developing and maintaining REST or SOAP API integrations.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous processing patterns.

• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to deployment.

• At least 2 active Salesforce certifications covering both administrator and developer tracks.

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Agentforce Specialist.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with CPQ tools and order-to-cash/quote-to-cash workflows; familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Stripe integrations and APIs; experience with Einstein AI features; knowledge of Agentforce or generative AI tooling; and experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and CI/CD tools; exposure to platform events, Change Data Capture, or Salesforce streaming API; experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
