Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess, define, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance current functionalities and introduce innovative features.

• Collaborate on the stewardship of Salesforce configuration and coding throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ensure a well-organized and scalable Salesforce environment.

• Communicate technical knowledge and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Enhance development processes while promoting best practices and high-quality work.

• Maintain and improve the Salesforce platform along with its connected systems and integrations.

• Take ownership of solutions throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

• Support existing functionalities while driving the innovation of new features.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Expertise in middleware, SOAP and RESTful web services, XML, JavaScript, and principles of service-oriented architecture design.

• Strong data design experience, which includes extract, transform, load; synchronous and asynchronous messaging; and integration strategies for loosely coupled systems.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with deployment process tools like Gearset or Copado.

• Experience working within complex or highly customized Salesforce environments.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are preferred.

• Availability to work from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
