This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Execute standard configurations, custom development, and data migration within Salesforce.

• Offer maintenance and support, aiding in incident resolution and platform management.

• Oversee version control and deployment processes adhering to best practices.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges during projects and in production settings.

• Collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.

• Operate in an agile, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

• Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Solid understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git).

• Competency in programming logic and object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with relational databases (RDBMS).

• Proficient in programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) as well as declarative (point-and-click configurations).

• Experience with integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, and Web Services.

• Awareness of deployment practices (deploy, CI/CD) and MVC architecture in Salesforce.

• Salesforce certifications (considered a plus).

• Background in requirements gathering and technical solution design (considered a plus).

• Knowledge of CRM systems (considered a plus).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (considered a plus).
