Salesforce Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of intricate Salesforce transformation programs involving multiple workstreams.

• Take ownership of delivery governance and RAIDD processes from start to finish across entire programs.

• Design and implement delivery cadence for complex discovery phases.

• Manage the transition from discovery to delivery and oversee a bi-weekly build-block cadence from end to end.

• Coordinate activities related to configuration, development, testing, UAT deployment, demos, feedback collection, and retrospectives.

• Reconcile delivery scope and benefit assumptions based on client-held baselines.

• Manage commercial and resource discussions with client Programme Manager and Sponsor stakeholders.

• Oversee engagement and program-level financials and commercial risk.

• Mentor junior Delivery Consultants and conduct quality reviews of their work.

• Design delivery operating models, including pod structures, build-block sequencing, and environment strategies.

• Take charge of DevOps, release, and environment governance while anticipating client-side constraints.

• Identify structural delivery risks and transform them into scoped, defensible remediation phases.

• Develop reusable delivery intellectual property for Inardua’s broader Delivery practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce implementations in a delivery/PM role.

• Proficient knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and delivery methodologies.

• Experience with at least one Industry Cloud or Field Service Lightning.

• Familiarity with sprint/backlog tools such as Jira, Copado, or Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of release/DevOps tools and organizational environment strategies, including sandbox seeding and CI/CD fundamentals.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory as a baseline qualification.

• Exposure to formal Agile/Scrum methodologies within a Salesforce context.

• Proven ownership of RAIDD/governance on a similar multi-workstream program (minimum £500k or equivalent).

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder discovery phases, including stakeholder time-sizing and session planning.

• Demonstrated ability to manage commercial exposure and change discussions directly with client sponsors.

• Previous delivery experience in a regulated sector is required.

• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

• Credentials such as Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, Cloud Consultant, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Alliance are advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agentforce and Net Zero Cloud is beneficial.

• Experience in regulatory reporting, customer vulnerability, or billing/metering domains is a strong advantage.
