Salesforce Data Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive data migration strategy from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into the Salesforce Person Account model.

• Spearhead data profiling, field-level mapping, and transformation design utilizing MuleSoft DataWeave alongside Bank data stewards.

• Oversee iterative mock-conversion cycles, manage production cutover extraction/load, and ensure post-migration reconciliation.

• Create the native duplicate-merge/deduplication strategy employing Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex probabilistic matching, and a data-steward Lightning Web Component.

• Develop the data governance framework, which includes data-quality standards, alignment of access/security models, and an archiving/retention strategy with hot/warm/cold tiering.

• Produce migration specification deliverables and reconciliation reports for Bank approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data migration and management, especially with the Salesforce Person Account model.

• In-depth knowledge of data structures within Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM.

• Expertise in MuleSoft DataWeave for data transformation tasks.

• Background in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and deduplication strategies.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex, and Lightning Web Components is advantageous.

• Public Trust clearance level required.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
