This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Provide daily administration support for Salesforce, managing objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions within Lightning Experience.
• Examine seasonal Salesforce releases and assist in leading focused modernization initiatives, such as migrating from Workflow to Flow.
• Aid in the adoption of Salesforce Lightning Experience and its new platform features.
• Support initiatives aimed at maintaining Salesforce org health, including data cleanup, access-control assessments, storage and backup monitoring, and sandbox management.
• Offer administrative assistance for Salesforce CPQ products, including configurations, price books, pricing structures, bundles, configuration rules, pricing automation, quote templates, and document generation.
• Work in collaboration with Sales and Product Managers to ensure accurate pricing and packaging.
• Assist in updating pricing, enhancing CPQ functionalities, testing, validating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Facilitate system changes and future platform migrations by planning, coordinating, testing, validating, conducting data integrity checks, and documenting processes.
• Document legacy setups, workflows, product and pricing structures, processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Offer user support, training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce and CPQ configurations, ensure system updates, manage release activities, and oversee data quality, performance, product/pricing/quoting processes, and system architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align Salesforce functionalities with business requirements and promote continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Lightning configuration, including objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce CPQ, encompassing products, price books, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Background in supporting Salesforce enhancements, releases, and migrations, particularly Workflow-to-Flow transitions and feature adoption.
• Knowledge of best practices for maintaining Salesforce org health, including data cleanup, security and access reviews, as well as sandbox and environment management.
• Strong analytical, testing, and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on data integrity, system reliability, and performance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities in a part-time role.
