Salesforce Consumer Goods Consultant – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery phase, gather requirements, design solutions, configure, and implement Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.

• Convert business requirements from the Consumer Goods sector into scalable solutions for field sales, retail execution, and store operations.

• Create solutions focused on store visits, visit planning, surveys, tasks, activities, product assortments, promotions, and pricing.

• Define the Salesforce data models, relationships, automation processes, security measures, and sharing requirements.

• Offer functional and technical expertise on Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, LWC, and integrations.

• Design and facilitate integrations with ERP, order management, pricing, inventory, and product information systems.

• Assist with data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and international teams.

• Identify potential risks and dependencies.

• Mentor junior Salesforce consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 9 years of comprehensive Salesforce experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud).

• Deep understanding of Consumer Goods processes, including field sales and retail execution.

• Experience in store visits, visit planning, surveys, task management, product assortments, promotions, and pricing strategies.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling.

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience in designing and supporting Salesforce integrations and enterprise-level data migrations.

• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management proficiency.

• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, distributed teams, and international environments.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
