Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in the execution of consulting projects for clients spanning a variety of industries.

• Assess business requirements.

• Create Salesforce solutions.

• Set up and implement Salesforce features.

• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.

• Assist with change management and user training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical Salesforce experience.

• Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.

• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud solutions.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
