Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Salesforce implementations within Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.

• Provide both technical and functional direction to interdisciplinary project teams.

• Guide and mentor junior consultants.

• Contribute to the development of internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworks.

• Design and execute automation using Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and various declarative tools.

• Enhance business processes to minimize manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.

• Ensure that automation is scalable, maintainable, and conforms to governance and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs through prototypes and iterative feedback loops.

• Lead discovery sessions and conduct stakeholder workshops.

• Gather business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Convert requirements into solution designs, user stories, and implementation roadmaps.

• Advise stakeholders on the capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunities of the Salesforce platform.

• Design scalable data and security models along with automation frameworks that meet federal requirements.

• Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and established architectural best practices.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce-certified Salesforce Consultant.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation.

• At least 7 years of overall professional experience.

• Strong business analysis capabilities, including client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce automation, particularly with Flow.

• Experience in crafting production-grade user interfaces in Lightning and Experience Cloud.

• Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce programs involving multiple stakeholders.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.

• Platform App Builder certification is required.

• One or more Consultant-level certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud is necessary.

• Familiarity with integrations and APIs is expected.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in building Salesforce business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for production systems.

• Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, and PSS are preferred.
