Consultor Salesforce – API Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Analyze functional and technical requirements related to Salesforce integrations.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Design, develop, and consume REST/SOAP APIs.

• Define integration patterns and strategies based on business needs.

• Develop necessary Salesforce components to support integrations.

• Implement security and authentication mechanisms for APIs.

• Conduct testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for integrations.

• Document APIs, integration flows, and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps teams, and business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with Salesforce Platform.

• Development and integration using REST API and SOAP API.

• Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns.

• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning.

• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and Web Services.

• Understanding of authentication and security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Connected Apps.

• Experience using Postman or other tools for API testing.

• Familiarity with integration of external systems and enterprise applications.

• Experience in designing solutions and integration architecture.

• 4 years of proven experience in Salesforce projects and system integration.

• Strong knowledge of APIs and web services.

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Understanding of best practices in development and integration.

• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

• Communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

• Focus on quality, security, and adherence to technological standards.

• Desirable: Salesforce certifications related to integration and architecture.

• Desirable: experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Desirable: experience in financial sectors, banking, or fintech.

• Desirable: knowledge of agile methodologies.
