Salesforce Configuration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sophisticated automation processes utilizing Salesforce Flow (including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows)

• Set up and oversee essential platform components: objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, and validation rules

• Convert business needs into scalable declarative solutions

• Enhance and support Service Cloud features (such as case management, routing, and queues)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine opportunities for leveraging platform-native tools in place of custom code

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Flow

• Strong foundational knowledge in Salesforce configuration principles (including objects, permissions, layouts, and automation)

• No Apex coding is necessary, though the ability to read code is advantageous

• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

• Additional certifications are highly regarded, particularly Certified Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant

• Familiarity with Field Service Lightning or a comparable field service platform (such as ServiceMax)
