Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits, consolidate, and refine redundant Salesforce automations, validation rules, and formula fields.

• Standardize naming conventions, guidelines, and best practices.

• Detect performance bottlenecks and implement configuration adjustments to minimize save times and errors.

• Create or enhance UAT plans and test scripts, while guiding business users through the UAT process.

• Triage, replicate, and resolve platform bugs and performance challenges.

• Monitor defects until resolution and document root causes along with solutions.

• Generate detailed documentation that encompasses data models, automations, permissions, and high-level integrations.

• Organize documentation using tools like Confluence, including diagrams, runbooks, and change logs.

• Establish documentation standards to mitigate future technical debt.

• Define and report metrics that illustrate debt reduction.

• Provide updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and subsequent steps.

• Collaborate with a project manager to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Develop scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.

• Proactively claim tasks from a dedicated queue and ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator/Consultant with a focus on declarative configuration and organizational optimization.

• Proven track record in consolidating and migrating legacy automations (Workflow Rules/Process Builder) into scalable Flows.

• Strong proficiency in validation rules and formula fields.

• Demonstrated experience in planning and supporting UAT activities.

• Experience in troubleshooting platform bugs and performance challenges.

• Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of configuration guides, diagrams, and runbooks.

• Ability to establish documentation standards effectively.

• Experience working alongside a project manager to define technical requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled).

• Knowledge of profiles and permission sets.

• Experience in data model design.

• Skills in performance tuning.

• Competence in troubleshooting and debugging.

• Familiarity with change management fundamentals.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40MBPS.

• Computer equipped with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Headset featuring an extended noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection available.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• Ability to work 40 hours a week during Pacific Standard Time.

• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is highly preferred.
