This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee daily operations of Salesforce, including user configuration, profiles, roles, permission sets, and license management.
• Utilize declarative tools to configure Salesforce, incorporating custom fields and objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Flow.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Collect requirements from sales, service, and marketing stakeholders and convert them into effective configurations.
• Ensure data integrity through deduplication, Data Loader imports and exports, and ongoing record maintenance.
• Install, configure, and provide support for AppExchange packages and third-party tools integrated with Salesforce.
• Manage release processes via sandboxes, document changes for quality assurance, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Create and update Salesforce documentation.
• Provide training to users and promote adoption across various teams.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with direct ownership of an organization rather than solely handling ticket support.
• Proficient understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Comfortable designing and troubleshooting multi-step automation processes.
• Skilled in using Data Loader and preparing data for import by cleaning it effectively.
• Capable of independently creating reports and dashboards.
• Able to communicate technical limitations to non-technical stakeholders and effectively address challenging requests.
• Responsible for writing and maintaining documentation.
• Must possess UK work authorization, as the company is unable to sponsor this position.
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification.
• Preferred: Experience in a business that has expanded through acquisitions, integrating multiple systems or organizations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with document generation or contract tools such as Conga.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting a business that operates through both direct and partner channels.
• Preferred: Experience working with an offshore or distributed development team.
