This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the Salesforce Administrator

• Create and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce platform features

• Execute and assist with CPQ and RCA solutions

• Develop or assist with AI-driven or agentic solutions

• Oversee system integrations, ETL processes, BI tools, and Salesforce data management

• Utilize data uploads, mapping templates, and Excel models

• Facilitate Salesforce Mobile functionalities

• Direct complex, multi-faceted projects involving global teams

• Guide cross-functional teams through matrix leadership and influence

• Convey technical solutions to stakeholders and convert them into business value

• Collaborate with PSA tools, Order Management systems, content management platforms, AppExchange solutions, and M&A integrations

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (mandatory)

• Significant experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations

• Established ability to create and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce platform features

• Experience in developing or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions

• Strong comprehension of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools

• Practical experience in data management, including data uploads, mapping templates, and Excel models

• Familiarity with Salesforce Mobile functionalities

• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-faceted projects across global teams

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)

• Experience in presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value

• Proficiency with PSA tools like FinancialForce and Order Management systems

• Knowledge of content management platforms like Seismic

• Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions

• Previous experience in supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems

• Advanced English proficiency
