This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and strategically implement annual sales plans for Cotiviti’s Retail division.
• Pursue new business opportunities for Retail Payment Integrity Services and Solutions within large retailers, e-commerce, and commercial enterprises.
• Actively prospect for new business and secure new clients.
• Meet or surpass Retail sales revenue and growth objectives.
• Define and guide the business development process, including strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plan execution.
• Identify and convert opportunities in new accounts into secured business.
• Discover new market and customer growth opportunities through prospecting and competitive displacement.
• Establish and maintain multi-level relationships with key decision makers at customer organizations.
• Keep updated opportunity target lists, customer profiles, and track forecasts and pipelines in the CRM.
• Collaborate within a matrixed organization and utilize internal and external contacts for leads and referrals.
• Work alongside Business Unit, Product, and Marketing teams to launch products and stimulate early sales.
• Comprehend prospects’ business strategies and critical issues.
• Create unique customer value propositions aligned with customer needs and metrics.
• Develop and present sales solutions and customer presentations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from the presales phase through post-sales support.
• Create metrics to promote customer focus and account development.
• Enhance individual performance through goal setting, measurement, and development.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on account transitions and post-sales support.
• Transition new and existing customers to Strategic Account Managers seamlessly, ensuring operational continuity and customer retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5 to 10+ years of proven success in consultative/solution-based selling in a B2B setting within the industry.
• Strong command of the sales process and the discipline to adhere to a structured approach for closing business.
• Experience selling to senior management levels with a consistent record of closing mutually beneficial deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly effective communication, written, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRMs, particularly MS Dynamics, is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (25-50%).
• Capability to balance activities across multiple internal clients, campaigns, tasks, and performance pressures.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to research prospective customers and plan sales prospecting initiatives.
• Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal or no direct supervision.
• Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure workspace.
• Must have access to high-speed internet and a well-equipped office setup and maintenance.
