Sales Trainer – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Canon USA, dealers, and subsidiary sales teams through both virtual and instructor-led training sessions.

• Drive the sales of Canon imaging solutions within the market.

• Facilitate training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and technology programs.

• Observe, mentor, and train fellow instructors while offering continuous support.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the programs being supported.

• Conduct initial training delivery for development and model sessions for other instructors.

• Collaborate with dealer management to ensure programs are executed with high standards and align with performance objectives.

• Communicate changes and updates to programs and assess their impact on course content.

• Engage with sales professionals at their locations or at Canon Sales Training sites across the country.

• Position products effectively in the marketplace to enhance prospects.

• Employ facilitation and instructional strategies to guide discussions and interactive student activities.

• Successfully complete the qualification processes necessary to teach each course.

• Assist in the development and review of curriculum materials.

• Travel to conduct instructor-led classes and coach sales representatives in the field.

• Deliver virtual training through hands-on labs at Canon Training facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience delivering training on skills and products to sales professionals.

• Knowledge and experience in sales skills are essential.

• Proven experience with measurable, results-oriented objectives, such as roles with commission or bonus structures.

• Experience in virtual training is an advantage.

• Ability to travel up to 75% across the country, including overnight stays.

• Familiarity with digital technology and related software products in the printing industry.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and high-level facilitation abilities.

• Capability to successfully complete the delivery certification process.

• Flexibility to work across various time zones.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hiring.

• Must possess a valid driver's license for company-related travel and adhere to company safety protocols and policies.
