Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in their residences to assess their needs and suggest the ideal custom window treatments for each area.

• Develop elegant and functional design solutions customized to fit the unique style and budget of each client.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and effectively close sales within the home environment.

• Take charge of your own schedule, including appointments and follow-ups.

• Expand your business through referrals and local networking opportunities.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Self-assured, trainable, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.

• Well-organized and capable of juggling multiple appointments throughout the week.

• Willing to work at least one weekend day and four days during the week.

• Reliable transportation and open to traveling locally.

• Ideal backgrounds include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other dynamic client-facing roles.

• No prior design experience necessary — training will be provided.
