Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in their residences to assess their needs and propose tailored window treatment solutions.

• Develop elegant and functional design solutions for each individual space.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and finalize sales.

• Oversee schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Cultivate additional business through networking and referrals.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience from initiation to completion.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple appointments simultaneously.

• Willing to work at least one weekend day.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Comfortable with local travel.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced environments is advantageous.

• Previous design experience is not necessary.
